Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Macaroni
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Carrots, Shreded
  • 1/4 cup Onion, Shredded
  • 2 1/2 cups Mayonnaise Hellman's or Best Foods Only!
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Kosher Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 Magma Stockpot
  • 1 Mixing Bowl with Lid

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta – Boil macaroni according to package directions. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Add vinegar & veggies – While still hot, sprinkle vinegar over pasta, then add shredded carrots and onion. Toss well. Cool 10–15 minutes.
  3. Mix dressing – In a smaller bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, and sugar.
  4. Combine – Fold dressing into pasta until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Chill – Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight for best flavor). Stir gently before serving, adding a splash of milk if needed.
